Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered. Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please contact us at help@meowdern.shop with details and photo evidence of the issue. If your request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return the item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at  help@meowdern.shop with a photo clearly showing the issue, your order number, and a brief description of the problem. We’ll evaluate the situation and may offer a replacement or refund if eligible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Additional time may be needed by your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
